Ive heard of a project here in the Philippines where a group is going to get generators run by a water wheel next to a river. I'll keep you all updated on that as I learn more. It should be very interesting especially since the generators will have to be hauled in by horse or oxen. No roads up there. Will let you know more as it progresses.
